Glass House Farms strives to have a positive impact on both the environment and the people it touches.
We reduce our carbon footprint by using the sun itself instead of grow lights. Cutting edge technology enables us to recapture and reuse runoff water from our irrigation inside our enclosed greenhouses. Utilizing beneficial insects over pesticides minimizes the use of harmful chemicals. We respect the local community by employing air-tight odor control.
Glass House farms feels like a family-run farm, even though we aren’t. The pay, health care, paid time off, and sick days we offer our employees are beyond California-mandated minimums. For the Santa Barbara community as a whole, we contribute to local schools and arts programs. Our own Graham Farrar is the president of the region’s growers’ association.
We prioritize quality for both our customers, and regulators.
Our talent and technology ensure that the legendary quality of our product will never be compromised as we scale up.
We not only meet but exceed California’s rigorous regulations. Compliance is a live-or-die proposition, and our dedication to it is what sets us apart from less mature organizations.
With our volume and reputation for superior quality, Glasshouse Farms will be known as the premier grower for California’s Central Coast.
FEDERAL LEGALIZATION IS COMING
Federal legalization is coming. And when it does, the demand for California’s world-renowned cannabis will increase dramatically. We are ready to meet that demand, with no compromise on consistency or quality. We currently have 3.5 acres of greenhouses in operation, and that number will more than triple in the next year. Our state-of-the-art technology and growing systems will allow us to produce over 100,000 pounds of flower per year.
